Financing and Investment
We structure and source financing that fits the project: project finance, tax equity, leases, debt, and energy service agreements. We can also facilitate third-party investment for distributed energy opportunities.
Construction and Installation
We manage build-out end to end—coordinating construction activities and procurement, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing labor, and commissioning—so projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
Post-commissioning, we coordinate ongoing O&M to keep assets performing: continuous monitoring, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and repair coordination as needed.
Asset Management
We manage assets to maximize output and financial return while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance—tracking market conditions, managing revenue streams, and providing transparent stakeholder reporting.
Energy Management and Optimization
We apply advanced control and optimization to boost value, efficiency, and resilience—dynamically dispatching generation and storage based on market conditions, grid demand, and renewable patterns to optimize revenue and operations.
