The City of Lenexa launched its first solar project at the Lenexa Municipal Services Building, partnering with SunSmart for our ability to understand the City’s goals, develop a project that met and exceeded them, and clearly communicate the value proposition to city officials. The result is a state-of-the-art rooftop system with real-time monitoring of solar production and building usage—projected to save more than $350,000 in energy costs over 25 years.
